Sue Bird, an American basketball professional currently playing in the Seattle Storm in the Women's National Basketball Association WNBA. She has been a member of the Seattle Storm's three different WNBA-championship-winning squads. Native to New York Sue Bird is an Israeli citizen by virtue of her father. However she plays for her birth country on the international stage and has been awarded the four Olympic gold medals, as well as the four FIBA World Cups as part of the US national team.
