Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in America, is an actor. After her 1983 debut film Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat pack of actors. She starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. Sheedy won an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 as the most outstanding female leading role. The reason for this was her portrayal as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy has been an American author and actress for more than twenty years. She began her career in film early in the 1980s with the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie that also featured a number of prominent actor Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, after her successful debut in a film she starred on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the best high school movies of all-time. Although the budget was just $1 million its earnings crossed 50 million dollars. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. In April of 1980, the show started airing. The show was designed for young people. Also, she appeared on various shows on TV, including Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy has been praised for her outstanding performances. has received numerous awards, one of which was an MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
