Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the writer of many online pieces as well as a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling: Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
